SmoothWeb eCommerce Platform Powers Relaunched Passcard.co.jp Site

SmoothWeb eCommerce Platform serves as the basis for the newly re-launched Passcard.co.jp website, taking advantage of improvements in SmoothWeb that make using the site easier for both customers and administrators, announces Newport Ltd.
   
Rajiv Trehan, President of Green Penguin, stated that "We have improved SmoothWeb’s eCommerce capabilities based directly on requirements identified during the operation of the former My-Passcard.com website. We have increased the depth of our understanding of administration requirements, call-center support requirements, and CRM in general. We’ve responded by creating a rich bed of enhancements to SmoothWeb that have been applied in the new Passcard.co.jp site. We have also redesigned the site and extended SmoothWeb’s ability to take advantage of templates, to now easily handle browsers on Japanese mobile phones, whether iMode, Au or Vodafone.
